Since 1994 this attractive, spacious, self-catering, self-contained holiday flat has been highly recommended by guests, many of whom have returned year after year.
With views to the hills, it is located in a quiet, south facing, sunny position in the conservation area of the lovely small town of Peebles in the Scottish Borders. It is completely self-contained with its own access steps (with railing) and front door. It occupies the entire upper floor of a two storey detached house.
This self-catering holiday flat is ideally located for the many varied and attractive walks in this beautiful area. A three minute riverside walk along the Eddlestone Water (known locally as the 'Cuddy Burn') takes you to Peebles High Street, the River Tweed, parks and other local amenities. The picturesque town has many attractions with cultural, music, theatre, arts festivals and sports events as well as the annual Beltane Festival.
Peebles makes an ideal centre for exploring the historic houses, castle, gardens, woollen mills and craft centres throughout the Scottish Borders. This holiday flat is only a two minute walk to a bus stop where regular buses take you to Edinburgh, a little more than 20 miles away.
